岗位职责：

    

职责描述：

    

1、负责总经理工作日程的对接、日常事务的处理、协调安排工作；

    

2、负责公司商务合同的管理工作（合同起草到签订后的全过程执行、管理、存档、付款、开票等工作）；

    

3、商务运营支撑（内部外部客户沟通协调相关项目事宜；业务数据统计汇总、分析等）；

    

4、负责制定、执行公司商务流程/规章制度，持续优化公司商务流程/规章制度；

    

5、负责商务相关会议的准备协调工作、会议纪要的记录撰写等工作；

    

6、完成总经办的其他工作。

    

任职要求：

    

1、本科学历，熟练使用office办公软件；

    

2、有2年及以上实际对应的商务支持、销售支持、总经理助理（业务方向）工作经验；

    

3、工作踏实细致，具有较强的条理性、逻辑思维能力，积极主动，具有团队意识，能够服从部门工作安排；

    

4、具备良好的沟通技巧及内外部协调处理能力；

    

5、英语水平听说读写熟练者优先考虑。
