Position Overview

We are looking for Analysts to join our Shanghai office and contribute to our continued success in Asia. Your main responsibility will be to source the best experts from around the globe to provide our clients with the most current and relevant information. You will go through a comprehensive training program that will prepare you for a variety of projects and interactions, such as what matters to a hedge fund when they look at a particular stock, what drivers impact private equity deal origination, and how a management consultant helps form corporate strategy. You will be dealing day-to-day with senior clients and specialists, taking ownership of your own projects.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Receive research assignment from clients and team leader
-Research industries and specialists in industries that are targeted by our clients
-Contact, communicate and manage specialists in industries from your research
-Manage the communication process between specialists and our clients
-Ensure specialists and clients comply with industry ethical standards
-Maintain relationship with portfolio of specialists or clients
-Manage projects from clients and help them achieve results
-Taking a proactive role in your own development and career path
-Learn to manage a small business as part of a team
-Help other colleagues to succeed
-Perform analyze on business results and learn from it
-Facilitate and manage client projects from inception to conclusion

The successful candidate will:
-Have strong verbal and written communication skills, be organized and facilitate building relationships with clients and experts
-Have a natural curiosity to explore and anticipate clients' needs and use a logical approach to identify and recruit the right experts for the project
-Be able to provide superior client service by handling multiple projects at the same time, continuously prioritizing throughout the lifecycle of the projects
-Be driven to deliver high quality service by being a self-starter and anticipate what needs to be done, executing quickly
-Able to build strong working relationships with senior executives, both internally and externally
-Be able to develop relationships with internal colleagues, fitting into our culture of openness, sharing of information, willingness to help, mutual respect and fun
-Have strong desire to learn new things and progressively grow in capability and responsibilities

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree or above
-Speak and write English fluently
-Multiple language skills are a plus
-Happy, positive and willing to try new things
