Job Responsibility:

  

? Customer master data setup and maintenance: verify customer information based on FLSR request; in charge of customer sold to / ship to setup and information updates; Gate Keeper of MOS 2.0 system; maintain customer master database.
? Contract Management: complete checklist process; prepare and file distributor/incentive/ agreements; track contact status and ensure all transaction covered by contract.
? Fixed Asset verification: perform annual Fixed Assets verification and write-off assets once got related approvals.
? Elite Program execution: Receive reimbursement supporting documents and validate completeness of the requirements according to Elite Program policy. Send related report to FLSR.
? Sales report providing & database backup: prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly various sales report and familiar with reporting system.
? Conduct lubricants data privacy and information protection.
? Provide ad hoc project support to Business Support Supervisor and Sales Managers when required.

  

 Job Requirement:

? Bachelor degree or above.
? Experience with business support or sales data analysis.
? 2 years work experience is a minimum.
? Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Word.
? Strong communication skill and collaboration skill.
? Team player, able to prioritize and manage multi tasks.
? Maintain and develop sound relationship with cross function team.
? Sound problem solving skills that can handle complexities within deadlines.
? Good command of both oral and written English.
