Sales Representative Guangzhou Office 广州销售代表

此职位入职后需先在上海培训及工作半年后再回到广州工作。

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Develop potential clients, partner and market.寻找潜在客户，合作方以及拓展市场。
2.Identify lighting business market/customer requirements.及时掌握并了解照明市场或客户的相关要求和动向。
3.Work out suitable action strategy.实时外出拜访相关客户。
4.Accomplish sales target.完成指定的销售目标。
5.Deal with sales problems/customer complaints co-operation with colleagues.与同事合作处理相关的售后或客户投诉问题。

6.Establish strong relationships with customer/partner and retain potential opportunities.与客户或合作方保持良好的长期合作关系。
7.Follow company sales policy and instruction to develop the market.根据公司的销售政策及指导有效的开发市场。
8.Other works assigned by sales manager.销售经理指派的其他工作。

Qualifications / Requirements:
1.Over 4 years sales experience .4年以上项目销售经验。
2.Sales background competence or technical knowledge is preferable.有相关销售经验或技术背景知识者优先。
3.Strong communications and good organizations skills.良好的沟通能力及组织协调能力。
4.Team player, self-motivated,active,initiative.良好的团队工作者，有自我激发潜能，积极主动者。
5.Can travel frequently.愿意出差。
6.Perfect Mandarin, Good command of English.良好的普通话沟通能力，以及英语交流能力。
7.Computer experience required, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint, project, helpful Internet knowledge.熟练运用电脑，掌握Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint, project等辅助工具的应用。
8.Strong oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, work hard, quick learing, ability to work in a team environment, competence to work under heavy pressure and meet deadline.良好的书写及口语沟通能力，能够自我激发，工作努力，能够团队工作，能够在高压力下完成工作任务。
