Key Responsibility

• Implement marketing projects in public hospitals to improve customer experience. Organize workshops with field sales team & HCPs, guide and facilitate local improvement plan development and monitor implementation, collect best practices and resolve issues in creative and effective ways; create project dashboards, moderate project meetings. Track progress with all stakeholders and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Organize & manage educational events end-to-end, including design event plan, promote events, recruit HCPs, manage creating & producing collaterals, provide on-ground support in advance & during events, create event contents and communicate effectively after event; maintain accurate financial data in respect of events and all compliance documents as required.
• Monitor post-market clinical research programs with public hospitals in collaboration with clinical team and maintain good relationship with research sites. Use creative & effective ways to recruit patient, moderate project meetings & track progress, develop persuasive collaterals to communicate research findings with HCPs.
• Provide market analysis and support business strategy development by collecting competition information, studying industrial reports, and internal data analysis.
• Produce marketing track report and track progress regularly as required.
• Manage marketing budget effectively, including vender screening, expense application and payment processing.

Education & Experience

• University degree in business/marketing/economics. Master or above is a plus
• Experience in working in a multidisciplinary & matrix organization; healthcare industry experience is plus.
