职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据产品服务手册和维修流程， 按时按质地完成对退返的产品的维修。
2.正确地使用和维护维修设备
3.通过电话对客户提供技术或产品服务支持
4.通过和客户沟通，澄清和培训，减少维修次数
5.在系统里登记维修信息
6.完成有需要的或主管安排的其他任务.
岗位要求：
教育：高中以上，电子类专业
经历：五年以上，电子制造业工作经验；3年以上电子产品维修经验 ；熟悉电子产品维修知识； 熟悉PCB电路板焊接
其他：工作认真，负责；能接受加班工作 ；良好的沟通和表达能力；英文良好；懂得Windows 操作系统和 MS office办公软件的基本使用
