Job Summary
The position holder has two major roles, say, HRBP for China Finance & Procurement (~50%) and ER Lead for APAC (~50%).
For the HRBP role, he/she needs to drive HR initiatives independently through close collaboration with COE and HR Ops team, as well as business leaders with the purpose of developing a high performing and engaged team.
For the ER Lead role, he/she needs to work closely with internal and external key stakeholders (legal consultant, HRBP, HR Ops, HRVP, and business leaders) for the purpose of mitigating employment associated risk and promoting positive employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
HRBP:
- Win credibility and build trust-worthy partnership with business leaders;
- Providing full-functional HR professional support and consultation in a highly effective way;
- Develop and execute talent strategy together with business leaders following business strategy to support the achievement of business objectives
- Drive all HR processes throughout the employee life-cycle management, including Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Development, Talent Management and Total Rewards through close collaboration with COE and HR Ops;
- Work closely with COE team to provide customized HR solutions as needed
ER Lead:
- Engage internal and external legal consultants and shaping overall ER strategy;
- Build performance tracking process and feedback mechanism to monitor ER related risk for continual improvement;
- Provide guidance and support to HRBP/business leaders when needed for specific ER cases
- Provide ER related development resources to improve the professional level in this area for both HR team and business leaders
- Provide support to HR team members and ensure ER related processes and policies are compliant with local laws and regulations
Lead and actively participant in initiatives in driving positive employee experiences and advocated BeiGene Value, Culture and EVP.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years professional HR experiences from MNC, a matured and independent HRBP; healthcare industry background preferred;
- Solid experiences in all HR processes throughout the employee life-cycle management, including Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management and Total Rewards;
- Solid Experiences in handling ER related issues and initiates;
- An expert of employment related policies, regulatory and practices;
- A good influencer and able to build relationship with both internal and external stakeholders at all different levels from executives to first line employees
- A good team player and able to work effectively within a HR team structured in the 3-pillar way (HRBP, COE and SSC)
- Good fit of BeiGene value and culture
Excellent English both oral and written
