JD platform operation:

- Responsible for JD platform’s sales including set up JD platform’s promotion and coupon

- Specify the promo calendar for platform, making sure all the sale initiatives are highly aligned with annual target

- Follow up with the latest JD initiatives, evaluate the platform promos & resources and feedback, and lead the 3rd party partner team to work on execution details

- Campaign planning, in order to meet channel sales target with specified discount mechanism, product assortment, coupons, gifting, etc.

- Coordinate with Product Analysis team on the product offering for each campaign

- Analyse the traffic dynamics and acquire free traffic within platform with platform promos and brand-initiated brand day activation, etc.

- Work with UX manager/supervisor to ensure the most effective paid ads campaign & new user acquisition tactics up and running

E-commerce operation:

- Execute verification of daily data transfer between systems

- Monitor KPI, SLA of TP’s warehouse and customer service team

- Asist O2O operation including material replenishment & stock synchronization setup and oversell order monitoring

- Coordinate shooting and CS team training

- Coordinate payment process

- Coordinate with sourcing department about replenishment and product quality issue

- Improve packaging solution and customer service solution

Skills / Experience:

- Knowhow of ecommerce operation

- Strong sense of business acumen and excellent communication skills

- Highly efficient in managing time and result

- Sensitive to data and highly logical in reports

- Fluent in Mandarin and English is a plus
