该岗位长期驻场在世界500强企业昆泰医药北京公司，介意者慎投
岗位职责：
1. 熟悉Windows操作系统及系统更新升级，提供计算机使用中的日常运维及员工软件工作环境的搭建；
2. 笔记本及台式机常见故障排除、维修以及报修和售后事宜跟进；
3. 办公室办公设备的运维：IP电话、打印机、投影仪、会议预定系统等；
4. 域账户的运维管理；
5. 固定资产管理，新员工入职，离职管理。
6. 熟悉office常见问题处理办法，如邮件系统的使用和维护；
7. 视频会议系统，监控系统，网络系统运维；
8. 具有一定的英文交流、阅读和书写基础，能通过Email往来沟通及与GSD电话简单沟通；
9. 工作主动积极，具有探索能力，自我学习能力；
10. 具有严谨的工作态度，高尚的职业操守，严格遵守公司操作规范。
软硬件环境：
1.操作系统： Windows 7； Windows 10
2.办公软件：Office 2016；
4.外延设备：打印、传真、视频系统，Cisco电话系统等；
5.其他要求：协调和监督第三方公司的日常维护工作：打印机等。
