• 岗位职责： 
  1、负责领导全体店铺员工完成销售指标； 
  
  2、按照公司的统一标准，督导全体店铺员工保持良好的形象并提供优质服务； 
  
  3、培训店铺员工关于产品知识、服务流程、英语及电脑系统方面的操作技能； 
  
  4、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息，保持与客人之间的互动关系； 
  
  5、有效地处理客人的意见和投诉，提高客户满意度； 
  
  6、进行必要的数据统计及报表制作，负责店铺货品的进、销、存管理，控制店铺日常费用支出等； 
  
  7、店铺员工的日常管理工作； 
  
  8、与公司各相关部门保持良好沟通和合作； 
  
  9、公司交予的其他工作任务 
  
  
  
  
  
  岗位要求： 
  1、大学专科或以上学历，有五年以上品牌零售工作经验，且至少二年以上的品牌零售管理经验，有精品或高端化妆品行业销售经验者优先； 
  
  2、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，良好的中英文沟通能力； 
  
  3、出色的销售能力、优秀的客户服务及团队领导能力； 
  
  4、能承受一定的工作压力
