Responsibilities：

1. Support customer projects’ RF issues in a timely manner to ensure project on time delivery.

2. Check the RF front-end logic configuration, modify the RF calibration parameters/*** items, optimize RF performance, and analyze frequently encountered RF protocol issues independently or together with customer.

3. Participate in RF technical review and difficult issues consulting, on-site reproduce and solve difficult problems.

4. Provide RF components selection guidance to customers, collect customers’ new device verification requirements and other RF related requirements.

5. Participate in the pre-research of new RF technologies, write RF technical documents.

 

Requirements：

1. Master degree or above; more than 2 years’ experience on Qualcomm platform RF debugging.

2. Familiar with 3gpp/3gpp2 LTE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA/GSM standards， GPS/WIFI/BT/FM standards. Familiar with RF protocol test items.

3. Master the use of commonly seen RF instruments (CMW500/8820C, spectrum analyzers, signal sources, network analyzers etc.), familiar with the theory of RF calibration, and understand the meaning of common *** items on Qualcomm platforms.

4. Supporting experience with overseas carriers (North America/Europe) is a plus.

岗位职责：                                          

1. 及时相应客户项目中遇到的射频问题，确保客户项目进度；

2. 能独立完成并协助客户检查射频前端逻辑配置，修改射频校准参数/***配置，进行性能优化，并能分析射频一致性协议测试中遇到的常见问题

3. 参与项目技术评审、疑难问题会诊等工作；协助现场复现并解决疑难问题；

4. 为客户提供器件选型指导，并搜集客户对新器件的验证需求以及其他射频相关的需求；

5. 参与射频相关新技术的预研与技术文档编写。

 

任职要求：

1. 硕士或以上学历,有2年以上的高通平台射频调试经验；

2. 熟悉3gpp/3gpp2 LTE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA/GSM标准，熟悉GPS/WIFI/BT/FM标准，了解射频常见指标与协议测试项；

3. 掌握常用射频仪表（综测仪，频谱仪、信号源、网络分析仪等）的使用，熟悉射频校准的原理，了解高通平台常见***项的含义；

4. 有海外运营商（主要是北美/欧洲）的运营商入库支持经验；

5. 富有团队合作精神和创新精神，并善于学习新技术、新业务, 工作耐心细致、认真负责。
