1. 能力和资历要求：
?3年以上相关工作经验，有合资、外资企业工作经验者优先
?有带团队的经验
?具有安全运行及维修管理方面知识
?具有服务意识和团队精神，健康、工作勤奋
?良好的计算机办公软件操作技能

2. 主要工作内容和职责：
?埃顿公司的现场代表，负责维修团队日常管理和与客户沟通
?确保埃顿维修团队的工作达到客户方的要求
?确保设备安全平稳运行，指导维修工作符合相关标准、规范和程序
?根据EHS规章和QC/QA程序，确保维护有效执行
?具备现场培训能力，定期组织现场培训
?制订审核耗材和零部件计划
?及时更新整理各种技术档案和记录
?根据现场设备运行状况进行节能和节省成本改造
?监督和评估团队成员的工作绩效
?定期汇报设施维护经理
