一、岗位职责：

1.按照公司服务标准及国外院校申请要求，挖掘学生素材闪光点，帮助学生策划申请文书及修改、定稿；

2.及时与留学顾问和学生沟通申请进度，保证学生的留学申请过程顺利进行；

3.主动跟进学生的签证申请及后期服务；

4.进行各项系统数据的录入工作，包括申请进度、案例汇总等；

5.积极参与各项业务培训，不断学习、更新留学行业知识。

 

二、任职资格：

1.优异的英文水平，TEM八级、六级550、托福100分、雅思7分以上水平；

2.具有商科、工科、社科类本科或辅修或双专业以上文凭优先考虑；

3.具有优秀的职业素养和服务意识，能承受一定的工作压力；

4.有教育工作背景或海外学习工作经验者优先，有留学行业工作背景优先；

5.具有较强的人际沟通能力，热爱文书工作，有创造性思维。

Job Duties:

1. According to the company's service standards and overseasuniversities' application requirements, explore the flash points from clients' materials and assist clients in drafting, revising and finalizing the requiredapplication packages;

2. Communicate with the Consultants and clients about theapplication progress in a timely manner, to ensure the application proceduresgo on smoothly;

3. Take initiative to follow clients' visa application and otherpost-application services;

4. Keep timely inputting various application data to the system,including application progress, successful cases, etc.;

5. Attend the company's training with an open mind; keeplearning and updating personal knowledge of overseas university applications.

 

Requirements:

1. Excellent English skills: TEM 8, CET6 550+, TOEFL 100+ orIELTS 7.0+;

2. Interdisciplinary backgrounds in such as business, commerce,social science or engineering are preferred;

3. A good sense of service awareness and ability to work underpressure;

4. Candidates with overseas education or working experience arewelcome; preferably with relevant working experience;

5. Great interpersonal skills and being highly motivated increative writing.
