As a key member of Asia R&D engineering team, you will be responsible for:
? Leading products problem identification, definition, analysis, solution generation, and solution implementation. (Trouble shooting for products)
? Manage the project with NPD process and NPD development
? Coordinate with cross function team (Mkt, procurement, Quality) for product development
? Driving cost saving and quality improvement project from the viewpoint of technology
? Technical documentation check and filing
? Supplier development and management from technical side

任职要求：
? Bachelor Degree major in Mechanics
? Strong communication skills, better have English skills
? Good project management skills
? Prefer to well understand fitting & showering products in China and future trend
? Be familiar with NPD&MFG process in fitting products
? With at least 5+ years in experience in engineering development
? Anti-pressure with work loading
