岗位职责:

? Develop and manage relationships with current and potential investment partners and UFH network members;
? Search, collect, and present pertinent information of potential markets and investors;
? Sign cooperation agreements with partners in accord with UFH’s interest;
? Settle the conflicts between UFH and potential partners, keep a good relationship with them;
? Follow up the implementation of cooperation;
? Finalize SPG business models together with Finance Team;
? Facilitate team members with resources and frameworks to collaborate and work effectively
? For the successful completion of a project, availability of efficient and effective resources, both financial and human, is an absolute necessity.
? Identify such resources as necessary to complete projects successfully and get them on board, so that they can be utilized during the different phases of a project
? During the ongoing stage, keep a close eye on the implementation of the project, establish the key data base and keep update and provide complete information to SPG for decision making;
? Other projects assigned by VP

任职资格:

？ Acquire the knowledge of project management in both theoretical and practical perspectives and prefer to have direct practical experience in healthcare industry;
？ Have problem-solving skills to identify key problem and confront these issues;
？ Have ability to complete multi-tasks and divide projects into various tasks and phases;
？ Require good communication skills to better understand internal and external needs;
？ Need at lease intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills to present and analyze information to senior management in understandable formats;
？ Endure high intensive work and have good stress tolerance;
？ Conflict management;
？ Fluent in Chinese and English to write effective emails, proposals and reports;
