• Assist the Head of Regulatory Transformation to implement all CMB program.

• Manage all financial crime de-risking activities within CMB and act as an adviser to frontline within CMB on all FCC matters.

• Implement CMB-wide regulatory projects such as Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) (or Common Reporting Standards <CRS>), conduct risk, tax transparency and.

• Ensure compliance to various Group Regulators / Local Regulators requirements on AML/sanctions/financial risk issues by working closely with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) / Regulatory Compliance (RC) and other second line of defense stakeholders

• Assist the Head of Regulatory Transformation to raise the awareness of all regulatory and transformation matters in CMB, such as CDD process, financial crime risk issues, FATCA, through training and various CMB internal communication means.
