Job Summary

The main objective is to support the Project Manager to manage the new and existing technical product documentation (TPD) created for Philips’ products. TPD starts during the new project process or document change confirmed, till end of product life cycle.  Such as the new product creation, new colour, new country version, new packaging, special deal, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

§ Works with Project (PDLM, MLD and LCM) teams to support TPD creation and management

§ Set-ups and maintains parts lists (BOM) with documentation (TPD) (SharePoint & PTC Windchill)

§ Checks structure, format and completeness of BOM and TPD (at milestones)

§ Takes care of all needed label’s artwork (e.g. rating, box, pallet)

§ Supports creation and processing of Change Proposals and Change Notes (PTC Windchill)

§ Supports communication of parts lists, documentation and changes towards suppliers

§ Maintains overviews of appliances and by-pack versions (for CMM)

§ Requests part number (12NC) for materials

§ Participates in continuous improvement of the defined core competences and of the ways of working, tools, methods, etc.; especially for PTC Windchill

§ Administrates the Project Office Reporting systems (Accolade) to ensure its timely distribution to ensure efficient Project Management operation

§ Supports the project execution

 

Requirements:

- At least 2 years work experience in project management / product development in a multi-discipline Project Organization.

- University degree

- Customer mindset/business result-oriented

- Good in English

- Good team player, high level of flexibility and ability to support beyond direct job scope.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Document filing system.

- Pleasant personality with good communication skill, comfortable interacting with people at all level.
