职位描述

The core/basic function of this position is to develop and implement digital, social media and content marketing strategies and actions to drive awareness, generate leads, deepen engagement, gain followers and create positive image for Dickies China.

Key Result Areas :

  • Establish Dickies brand in the market, building awareness and brand equity.
  • Manage and ensure brand consistency for all digital and social media channels, and digital Activations leveraging strategies & tools for local needs.
  • Develop a multi-channel/touchpoints digital marketing strategy, identifying key areas of enhancement or development, across own, earn and paid channels for China market against the consumer journeys
  • Ensure Digital Marketing activities and owned Channels are optimized with
  • Appropriate Content
  • Channel Functionalities
  • Appropriate Budget allocations
  • Manage local content creation according to local digital channel needs and consumer behaviour, align with guidance from Brand Marketing Manager China
  • Manage social CRM base, ensuring engaging member content that drives interest and purchase on both on and offline channels.
  • Work closely with E-commerce team to drive i-store/ new retail initiatives.
  • Work with E-commerce team drive strategic E-Comm marketing planning to execution providing consistent brand right image with local relevancy in market according to cross channels E-Comm business and brand needs.

·         Manage digital content and oversight of E-Comm marketing budget to ensure economies of scale and synergies across all marketing plans & tools for optimum return on investment.

  • Monitor and report digital content and E-Comm Marketing budget with e-commerce team on a monthly basis, be positioned to readily identify spent, committed and planned status at all times with goals of building awareness, driving retail revenue.

·         Responsible to analyze and oversee competitors’ landscape in quarterly basis.

  • Update Dickies China teams with monthly Marketing Report.
  • Manage the proper external agencies and technical partners
  • Manage monthly budget forecasting, maximise every single investment towards the brand objectives.
