What you'll do

• Writes, create edits and publish all field communication materials tothe field and business partners in a timely and effective manner ensuring theright channel and tool according to message and audience.
• Responsible for translating, validating, proof reading and localisingall communication including managing external resources.
• Responsible for publication of documents to and maintenance of PORTAL/ZIPLINE resources,etc.
• Partners with the Operations and Field Leadership Team to createeffective and engaging communications plans and tools to deliver in countryspecific communication
• Actively solicits feedback from the field on communication tools andrecommends required changes and facilitates two way communication
• Coordinates information and communication between the HQ, other businesspartners and the Greater China Field, managing the flow of information tostores to support workload management
• Responsible for the seasonal/timely product andcommercial plan strategy and guidance down to the Field team, such likeSeasonal battleplan, Product One Page
• Attends the business update meetings and manages flow of tacticalcommunication to stores regarding any upcoming events, promotions and othercommunications needed to help manage the business.
• Supports the delivery of China’s local reward and recognition programs
• Assists in the delivery and creation of field communication events,including local meetings and the Annual Leadership Conference, including venue sourcing,creative and theme design, logistics and post event feedback and so on
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities and projects to meet theneeds of the business

Who you are

• Bilingual in Mandarin andEnglish.
• Ability to dotranslation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese in a professionalway.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within theorganisation.
• Great customer focus,both internal and external, with real passion for supporting the field.
• Ability to managemultiple projects.
• Ability to prioritisework effectively in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team, demonstrating a great sense of organisation,initiative and ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Strong attention todetail with an emphasis on both quality and speed
• Knowledge of storetechnology and tools related to web applications
• PC Skills (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Photoshop and ideally DTP In Design or QuarkXPress)
• Bachelor degree.
• Major in English is preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in Apparel business inoperational departments
• Prior communication experience is favorable
