• Do some CAD modeling and updates.

• Continuous monitoring of competitive situations and development of action plans.

• Continuous monitoring of new equipment, materials and processes for designated market areas.

• Maintain CAD, CAE and design guidelines.

• Prepare engineering reports and project (weekly / monthly) status reports. Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Conducts product benchmark studies.

• Work directly with customers and/or CAD designer to work through design related issues for possible options.

Qualifications:

Education:   University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 5 years progressive manufacturing/design experience.

Languages: Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English.

Familiar with mould design, construction and manufacture
