职位描述
Taiwan is aiming to build a strong CES business foundation, especially in Primary Market Research. Though Taiwan pharma market is expected to grow 3% in next few years, CES PMR is expected to have around 20% yearly growth from now to 2015. Given such situation, our strategy is to gain market share from competitors as well as further expand into the potential markets of OTC, medical device, biotechnology, and animal health fields.
In order to run our business in a sustainable way, this EM position should lead solid client engagement as well as develop relationships for more business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Meet regularly with existing clients to manage existing projects and relationships as well as
securing new business for company
2 Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design,
development and delivery of client solutions.
3 Leads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develops and costs
associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction
4 Manages the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid
integrity.
4 Develops project plan with timelines and deliverables and leads project to successful
completion, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish independently
5 Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
6 Serves as key point of contact and a business partner with client.
7 Provides high level input to, and ensures the development of, client reports and
presentations and delivers all or significant portions of findings to client.
8 Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable have been completed to ensure
client satisfaction.
9 Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job
experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional
knowledge sharing.
12 Responsible of well and effectively managing a team of consultant or Researchers;
Develop the capability of market research team with professional inputs to the
specific projects and provide training and guidance to junior team members in order to
maximize the performance of a strong team as a whole
Jobholder's Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree above majored in Medical, pharmic, biology, sociology, statistics or related
fields, Master Degree preferred
2. 10+ years of market research experiences in pharmaceutical or healthcare areas,
preferably market research (either client or agency) marketing, business development
positions with market research exposures;qualitative analysis or statistics experience,
excellence at statistic tools such as SPSS Excel for programming and statistics analysis
3. In depth and long standing relationships with client companies, especially at a
senior level.
4.Deep knowledge of Market Research methods, tools and techniques and
excellent multiple projects Management skills; Keen on market research and consulting
service for perfect results
5.Innovative, strategic thinker with an enquiring mind; excellent presentation and
communication skills; result and task oriented and accountable
6. Good time management and learning ability, can deliver good results under pressure
7. Deep knowledge in China pharmaceutical industry or marketing healthcare
