JOB PURPOSE ？ 

To care and supervise the control tower team as a leader; identify and assess manpower and work with team to allocate the job properly; participate the recruitment and training; daily trouble shooting; ensure the quality of work and initiative necessary improvement and corrective plan to meet the KPI ？  Within the team to identify key origins or customers, acting a key and dedicated contact in the first place to coordinate with all relevant business parties including overseas networks, suppliers, customers, all china offices for a shipment and order organization by any means of international transportation but mainly seafreight and airfreight, ensuring a smooth shipment and order arrangement till its completion     

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Strategy

: ？  With this new control tower team, lead the team to commit the quality and integrity of our nation-wide services to our networks and customers, develop it as our added value and core competence to drive our business growth Job Functions: ？ 

Single Linkage between customer and operation as well as networks, ensure operation could well understand the requirement from customer and overseas network. ？ 

Single Shipment coordinator from the time of placing booking and order till the shipment is loaded ？ 

Delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with our origin offices and overseas networks to proceed with every single shipment. ？ 

Follow and monitor the shipment status in a very close communication with operation team, keep updating shipment status to customer and overseas network till its completion                ？ 

Monitor the shipment data quality   ？ 

Prepare daily and monthly shipment report ？ 

Lead the team and origins for SOP and KPI review ？ 

Continuously optimize the working process in order to have good return in productivity and efficiency ？ 

Improve the team stability by any means ？

Carry out regular meetings with customer and overseas networks Special Job Functions: ？

SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS ？ 

  Bachelor degree or above, multinational logistics or freight forwarding company experience preferred; ？ 

  Previous experience in customer service and operation; ？ 

  Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or trading company ？ 

  Possess good communication skills and influence skill, responsive and reactive. ？ 

  Good written and verbal English; ？ 

  Strong knowledge in sea/ air operation ？ 

  Able to work under stress to meet tight deadline and handling multiple tasks ？ 

  Maintain   good relationship with related parties, good communication to ensure smooth   shipment arrangement
