Responsibilitys:
1. Recruits and maintains a high-caliber staff appropriate to business circumstances
2. Develops, motivates and challenges all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media
3. Delegates and organizes departmental workload according to project assignments
4. Co-ordinates interaction between the Quality Department and all other manufacturing and support functions
5. Ensures that the products with the compulsory certification mark are produced in conformity with the standards to which they were certified
6. Establishes documented procedures to ensure that compulsory certification marks are kept and used appropriately, and are not affixed on any non-conforming products or changed product that was not notified to certification body
7. Monitors and evaluates the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies. Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching
8. Provides support to the Business Managers and maintain an active role in functions involving Jabil's customers. Monitor the product acceptance levels (yields) as seen by the customer and ensure that appropriate preventive measures are taken
9. Ensures periodic Internal Quality Audit is done to measure the efficiency of the quality function
10. Evaluates and schedules appropriate training programs and/or seminar for the Quality Assurance staff, including direct employees
11. Represents company as the Quality Management Representative as per requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and TL9001 requirements
12. To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality and Environmental Manuals
13. Be responsible for provide manpower and finance support to ensure ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 to be implemented
14. Control work-related incident or accidents , save energy and fresh water , sort waste and reduce waste
15. Perform safety responsibility to supervise daily safety production and rectify EHS non-conformity
16. Ensure all production equipment tools .etc in good condition and avoid sick equipment & tools to be operated
17. Arrange a designated employee as an EHS coordinator who is responsible for EHS routines in the department or Workcell
18. Ensure employees to attend three-level EHS training ( plant-level, Dept or Workcell-level and position level )
19. Be responsible for equipping operators with personal protective equipment(Abbr.PPE), and train operator how to wear PPE
20. Be responsible for managing suppliers and vendors' EHS activities and ensure suppliers and vendors meet our plant EHS requirement
21. Establish & keep record for EHS operation

Requirments:
1. Degree in Science or Technical discipline with at least 5 years of working experience in the quality related field and 2 years of managerial experience
2. Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Quality Assurance function
3. Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media
4. Able to lead and coach all Quality personnel to enable them to be more independent and take ownership of their efforts
