Responsibilities:
1. Manage engineering department daily activities, and new projects & new process development related activities.
2. Responsible for engineering team building and team members' technique, skills and competency development
3. Involved engineering planning, product development and manufacturing cost analysis
4. Responsible for manufacturing process development, related document preparation and maintenance
5. Manufacturing process continuous improvement
6. Project management related product development and manufacturing
7. Set up lesson learning database of engineering department and provide training to the team
8. Responsible for VAVE for cost dawn
9. Product cost analysis

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related subject
2. 10+ year related experience, of which 4 years in automotive industry, 5 years engineering management role
3. Familiar with product development, process, industrial engineering, equipment, molding & injection, assembly etc
4. Familiar with TS16949 system, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA etc
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong people management capability
6. Good command of English in both written and oral
