Mission Statement

Provide daily customer service for portable compressor, generator, light tower, water pump, light concrete/compaction equipment and handheld tool, then lead to sustainable profitable growth on construction technique service business.

General Function & Key Objectives:

1 Safety protection and environmental requirements

- Always carry out the working principle of safety first. Implement service work safety standards effectively to prevent the occurrence of security incidents.

2 Improve customer satisfaction by providing quality services

提供优质服务提高客户满意度

- Compliance with the service processes and policy strictly and provide customers with quality and efficient services actively to enhance field service standards and reflect the professional image of the service.

严格遵守服务流程和规范，积极主动为客户提供优质高效的服务，提升现场服务标准、体现服务专业形象。

- Understand and feedback the customers’ service requirement initiatively and provide a sustainable solution.

主动了解并反馈服务客户的服务需求。提出合理解决方案。

通过培训课程和自我学习不断提高自身服务能力。

3 Support sales effectively through quality service.

通过优质服务有效支持销售工作。

- Understand customer needs through service and assist regional service team members to develop aftermarket products market and complete sales target. According to regional arrangements, be responsible for the sales target of the designated customer and complete our own labor goal.

通过服务了解客户需求，协助区域团队成员开拓售后产品市场，完成公司售后销售目标。根据区域安排对指定客户的销售目标负责完成自己的工时目标。

- Enhance products ’competitiveness continuously by putting forward rationalization proposals relying on our own technical advantaged and provide customers with service products in line with market demand.

Primary Responsibilities:

1 Participate in Toolbox meetings and other security meetings every month and implement the meetings’ requirements

每月参加Tool Box会议及其它安全会议，并贯彻实施会议要求

2 Comply with the company's rules and regulations and service policy.

遵守公司各项规章制度和服务规范。

3 Accept service dispatch. Implement service work in accordance with process. Be responsible for the completion of the service work.

接受服务派遣，严格按服务工作各项流程执行，认真负责完成各项服务工作。

4 Identify daily work arrangements in agreement with regional supervisor/team leader and implement related services or customer/equipment visits.

与区域主管/区域组长达成一致意见确定每天的工作安排，并实施完成相关服务或客户/设备拜访。

5 Provide a comprehensive professional service report and propose technical improvements and process reports.

提供全面专业的服务报告，提出技术改进建议和处理报告。

6 Develop a maintenance/repair plan or purchase plan for the customer through each service or visit.

通过每一次服务或拜访，为客户制定维护保养/维修计划或采购计划。

7 Confirm working hours in MAM timely and accurately.

及时准确的提交确认MAM工时。

8 Feedback new product knowledge, competitor information and aftermarket trends.

反馈新产品知识、竞争对手信息和售后市场动态

9 Follow up customer use condition to seek customer feedback by call-back.

对服务客户进行电话回访，跟进客户使用情况，寻求客户反馈。

10 Participate in various types of business training seriously to improve technical services. Communicate and share service experience with other colleagues during service to improve overall business level.

认真参加各类业务培训，提高技术服务水平；服务中与其他同事进行服务经验交流、分享。促进整体业务水平的提高。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Requirements:

1 Machinery, electrical and etc. College degree or above.

机械、电气等专业大专以及以上学历；

2 Familiar with compressor, generator, light tower, water pump, light concrete/compaction equipment and handheld tool

熟悉压缩机、发电机/灯车、水泵、气动和液压工具行业；

3 2 year experience in above industry

2年以上上述行业工作经验。

Language Ability: (English & Mandarin)

1 Can read simple English instruction and parts book.

能阅读简单的英文说明书和手册。

Training & Skill Development:

2 Familiar with MS software and other normal tools

能熟练使用电脑常用工具和软件。

General Work Attitude:

1 Strong communicate competence and customer service consciousness

较强的沟通能力和客户服务意识；

2 Strong operational ability, stand hard work, work steadily and earnestly

动手能力强, 吃苦耐劳; 工作踏实, 认真负责。

3 Have the experience of repairing compressor, engine, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
