1. 负责监管线下门店的品牌形象、销售政策、服务流程与标准的执行与效果评估，并定期反馈至销售管理部门；
2. 监督门店促销活动的执行，对促销结果和策划及落地过程进行分析，为相关部门提供建设性反馈；
3. 准确地向门店传达公司的各项政策、方针和决定等，帮助员工理解并贯彻落实。
4. 对违反公司政策或标准的门店设立改善监督专项计划，并跟进改善进度，对改善结果负责。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，2年以上销售经验，1年以上运营督导经验；
2. 熟悉门店运营管理、品牌使用行为准则；
3. 优秀的分析、解决问题能力、较强的沟通能力、应变能力；
4. 适应长期出差的工作方式，抗压能力强。
