Responsibilities:

  

Responsible for overall supply chain responsibilities related to shipping, warehouse and all material management.

  

1. On time delivery of all shipments in/out of China and ensure compliance of all customs requirement.

2. Prepare shipping documents and ensure clearance for customs registration/declaration of in/out-bound shipments for all system, spare parts, samples and tools.

3. Interface and manage all processes needed with China customs, including customs broker and trading company. This includes filing all shipping document, data maintenance in customs system to ensure in/out balance, daily approval, shipment inspection if needed.

4. Manage warehouse inventory to ensure all material and stocks are kept in good and safe condition with warehouse management system including working procedure, reporting, security, safety standards.

5. Provide support with sales/engineering and other department regarding logistics issue.

6. Be the primary point-of-contact with customs broker and CIQ. Trouble shooting for import & export custom declaration, Maintain good relationship with customs and relevant authorities.

7. Arrange regular cycle counting and physical counting to make sure inventory accuracy and fulfill company’s KPI target.

8. Responsible for internal and external audit of warehouse management and shipping operations.

9. Establish and drive for standards and compliance in methods, process, workplace, culture and behavior to enable safe and organized workplace.

                  

 

  

Requirements:

  

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

2. 7-10 years experiences on supply chain planning and control, Inventory management, and logistics analysis

3. Experience in purchasing, sales, and production operations preferred

4. Excellent English; Other language is a plus

5. Strong PC and systems skilled

6. Familiar with Oracle system

7.  Strong analytical and problem solver skills
