Manage the flow from booking to ETA and guarantee the departure on time to catch requested ETA

  

1. In collaboration with the merchandisers and the product gestionnaire , drive with the suppliers to catch the targeted CRD.
2. Support and help the suppliers to solve the packing list problem in SRM. Coordinate with France IT department to solve the SRM issue regarding the supplier’s account. 
3. Follow the different steps from booking to ETA between suppliers and forwarder: booking, G/L, Delivery Notice, CRD, ETD, FCR, ETA.
4. Provide monthly KPI to the product gestionnaire, merchandisers and buyers regarding the KPI of their factories. Set up action plans with them to get quick improvement with the support of your manager and international transport team in France.
5. Daily communications with forwarder to solve the issues when they handle the shipments
6. Daily communications with transport department on orders follow up and meetings
7. Coordinate with transport department/ buyer assistant in FR for any urgent orders or special cases in daily operation
8. Send to France updated schedule every month

  

 

  

 

  

Ensure the reliability of the data

  

 

  

1. Check every day the order follow up and ensure that suppliers and forwarder follow the schedule
2. Give alert to buyer and merchandiser if any problem regarding the shipment.
3. Throughout the order follow up, ensure that all the data provided by forwarders are accurate and given on time.
4. Ensure that the order follow up is well completed on time
5. Able to provide at any time the status of the order (from G/L to ETA)

  

 

  

 

  

 Manage forwarders at origin

  

 

  

1. Set up with the forwarder the supplier guideline for pre-shipment in order to well manage the export process
2. Set up and manage the forwarder to ensure they follow the SOP.
3. Ensure that all the origin follow IDGROUP process
4. Ensure that forwarder internal process contribute to a smooth and reliable export process
5. Manage the forwarder to up-date on time the SOP based on IDGROUP requirements
6. Manage with the forwarder to get monthly KPI before the 10th of the month. Arrange a monthly meeting with the forwarder to review the KPI , analyze the issues met during the month (all the cases where we did not catch to ETD due to forwarder problem) and set up action plan
7. Set up clear forwarder meeting sum up and follow that all actions are followed and finalized on time!
