Principal Duties

主要职责

The Discipline Construction Coordinator shall:

专业施工协调员

a) Ensure each CONTRACTOR to maintain proper workmanship quality, enforce and assure each CONTRACTOR's sufficient adherence to the approved TECHNICAL DOCUMENT in performing his given works, and inspect, test, check and verify as necessary, and approve or disapprove and accept or reject as appropriate, all the works done and completed by the respective CONTRACTORs, in order to assure the quality of the works performed meets the requirements of the TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and the codes and standards.

确保每个承包商保持恰当的施工质量，执行和保证每个承包商执行批准的技术方案，并进行检查，测试，在必要时进行确认，并批准或否决，接受或酌情拒绝各个的承包商所完成的工作，以保证完成的工程质量符合技术文件和法规和标准的要求。

b) Coordinate SITE construction activities of all the CONTRACTORs, in order to avoid conflict and/or delay to the progress of work.

c) Assure good quality workmanship from all the CONTRACTORs, and provide assistance as necessary.

d) Liaise and report to the PM the current status of construction works, and check all field expenses and produce report thereof at a regular interval, and Support to prepare Technical Inquiry packages.

联络并向项目经理报告建造工程的当前状态，并检查所有领域的费用，在规定的时间内产生的报告，并支持项目经理准备调查包。

e) Attain close coordination with the Engineering Team in respect to any design changes, in order to expediently resolve the problem and resume construction works,

f) Attend SITE meetings between Novartis and the CONTRACTOR.

g) Adhere to the planned construction schedules and manpower requirements; this will include the regular updating and reporting.

h) Coordinate the punctual issue of materials or equipment from the stores, in order to maintain the CONTRACTORs construction schedule.

i) Certify of progress measurements for final approval, in accordance with the procedures established by the Contract Engineer and Schedule Engineer.

j) Ensure the efficient and expedient execution of all construction works, up to Mechanical Completion of the PLANT.

k) Prepare and issue of any necessary correspondence to the CONTRACTOR, as directed.

m) Attain and maintain close collaboration with the CONTRACTOR, and provide all assistance in order for the CONTRACTOR comply with the CONTRACT.

Provide Safety shall:

a) Apply, maintain and assure appropriate standards for safety and housekeeping, and maintain clean, safe, efficient and orderly working conditions throughout the SITE.

b) Liaise and Issue Safety Reports, as necessary.

c) Recognize, recommend and enforce corrections to any unsafe practices, which may occur on SITE during the construction.

d) Implement Incident Reports and process Accident.

e) Liaise and organize special safety training sessions for SITE personnel.

f) Implement and submit the overall safety activities reports as required by PM.
