JOB PURPOS

· Procurement

-Use Ariba system to manage team’s Project/BAU procurement.

-Verify goods delivery then take actions for goods receiving, invoice collection and payment application.

· IT Asset Management

-Ensure each of IT Asset is recorded in CMDB, timely update CMDB when there is an asset status change.

-Perform regular IT Asset stock take and generate a monthly report to IT Manager.

· Budget and Expense Analysis

-Monitor and track all IT costs in Shibumi, ensure all IT expenses are reflected in Shibumi.

-Monitor all iPhone costs, report to IT Manager if there is any outstanding cost spends by user.

· Retail Communications

· -Draft and prepare monthly IT technical communications to retail users.

· Team Support

-Book flights, hotel and local transportation; prepare and reconcile travel expense reports.

-Manage team’scalendar
