Job Description:

• Leading the in-country processing team to ensure the quality of the service delivered to respective parties.

• Exhibits full knowledge and thorough understanding of the x-border payment operations functions, related regulatory reporting and familiar with all related regulator policy

• Support the business location strategy, seeking opportunities as appropriate whilst maintaining resiliency capabilities at all times

• Ensure all operation procedures are in compliance with industry and legal regulatory rules and guidelines both locally and globally

• Build exceptional relationship with both internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure sufficient internal controls and procedures to minimize risk – able to drive the risks and controls agenda

• Build up good leadership and practice it influence the whole team to have clearly target and strong executive force with good result

Qualifications:

• Full understanding of cash business, x-border payment in particular

• Has at least 6 years Cash Operations experience and experience in leadership roles

• Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals – execution to achieve specific desired results

• Proven leadership experience and ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build a cohesive team for achieving local, regional and global goals and objectives

• Proven ability to identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and escalate potential risks to minimize loss

• Strong commitment to providing high standards of quality client service

• Ability to effectively address and manage conflict

• Ability to communicate pro-actively and openly with internal and external business partners.

• Fluent English in both writing and speaking
