Your Responsibilities:

    

       Customer relationship maintenance

    

       On site monitor and control goods in-house operation process

    

       Schedule training and learning plan for team members on business controls and security requirements

    

       Strictly implement and control according to RDC KPI

    

       Lead team members to be in compliance of RDC SOP

    

       On site team management and shift workload allocation

    

       Responsible for control of processes & procedures quality/efficiency

    

       Forecast monitor of goods in-bounding & out-bounding

    

       Overall management of in-bound & out-bound data and inventory management status

    

       Regular review on RDC process and control points for smooth operation

    

       Execute self-assessment and compliance testing on RDC operations and procedures.

    

       Lead monthly performance measurement and quarterly business review

    

       Coordinate and control the corrective action plans & root-cause in daily RDC process

    

       Lead and solve technical issues and customer complaints regarding RDC processes & procedures

    

    

Your Profile:

    

       5 years of working experience in logistics industry.

    

       With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.

    

       Interest in warehouse operation and logistics industry.

    

       General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation

    

       Fair command of written and spoken English
