职位描述
Position Summary:
Set up the supplier management system to ensure a timely, stably , qualified supply chain. Draft /organize purchasing planning with a company-expected quantity, inventory and interests.
Key Responsibility:
1.Making purchasing plan/budget, ensure all materials can be supplied in time in respect with excellent quality
2. New supplier research and assessment
3.To conduct supplier assessment together with cross function team, such as SQE, Technical Dept. Logistics and Finance team (when needed) per company’s new supplier development process
4. To prepare and send RFQ package to potential suppliers and to negotiate with suppliers to get best quotation and other contract conditions, payment terms and timing
5. To work with cross function team for supplier continuous improvement
6. To maintain relationship with suppliers to make sure continuous supply and year-over-year cost reduction and quality improvement
7. Work closely with project team to support project flawless launch in supply chain management perspective (quality, cost, delivery and timing )
8. To keep efficient and effective supply chain methods with a focus on cost control and planning and risk management
9. To take the assignment from direct supervisor
Position Requirements:
- Education: Full-time university or higher
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Have a good working knowledge of purchasing and related process
- 5+ years purchasing experience working in building materials industry
- More than 3 years of experience as Purchaser manager
- Familiar with aluminium, steel, plastic material and dies casting
- Familiar with hardware products in door and window industry
- Strong Interpersonal Skills - Position interacts with all levels of Supplier Management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to travel extensively and work non-normal business hours
- Good interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside in a professional manner
