ANSYS License Compliance Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.利用网络审核销售订单信息，管理和维护LC订单数据；

2.创建和修改信函以支持销售活动。例如，根据渠道合作伙伴的资格，向最终用户发出确认函；

3.收集，组织，归档和整理部门相关文件；

4.可能不时分配的支持LC部门的其他职责。

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1..大学高年级学生或研究生，无专业限制；

2..对细节的高度重视和对时间的有效管理，包括确定任务的优先顺序，在期限内解决问题的能力；有较强的责任心；

3..良好的计算机应用技能，包括熟练的打字和精通Microsoft Office产品（例如，Word，PowerPoint，Excel）；

4.定期和可靠的出勤率，每周至少二天，每天八小时；

5.性格开朗，能和同事相处融洽；

6.好奇心和学习新知识的愿望。
