Your Responsibilities:

    

       Develop Contract Logistics function business strategy, based on the regional business strategy and local business needs and market trends.

    

       Translate the business strategy in the annual business plan and budget for the Contract Logistics function and manage realization, in order to ensure an integral approach to Contract Logistics function management and contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the function.

    

       Ensure operational products and activities comply to company standards and policies in order to deliver excellent customer service and maintain and expand customer portfolio.

    

       Establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers

    

       Ensure profitability of the branch and the achievement of the business plan and budget

    

       Steer, develop and motivate management team, in line with the global and national HR policies, individual and company’s objectives, to ensure the necessary quality and quantity of staffing for current and future needs.

    

    

Your Profile:

    

       University or above.

    

       More than 10 years working experience.

    

       Operations background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with over 5 years project management experience and 3 years team management experience. Production logistics experience is a plus

    

       Fluent in English both in written and speaking;

    

       Used to work fluently with the current MS Office Professional package, knowledge of MS Project preferred

    

       Business development spirit.

    

       Ability to provide clear direction to operations support staff to gather necessary data and implement the right solution.

    

       Good analytical skills to translate and understand complex business processes and the ability to transform these into operational concepts

    

       Very good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

    

       Team-Player with close contact to the local Logistics Management and IT Super-User.
