Management Model:In charge of generalize and internalize Embraco Management Model, Assist each Area create new practices to advance our internal processes, through learning and improving that coordinate with all Areas refine our good practices. With the purpose of reaching the State of the Art.
Communication:Responsible for creating a strong corporate image for the company by all forms of media and communications. Maintaining a favorable image of the company in the world of business. Acting as a mode of communication with the company and the stakeholders in general.
Sustainability: Lead the development and execution of a broad based,company wide strategic sustainability initiative, integrating sustainability throughout the company. Ensure that the company's sustainability effort enhances business performance and supports the long-term interests of the company.

Leadership skills: team development and motivation and result orientation
High initiatives, autonomy, make things happen
Good communication skills
Good English
