职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
-Coach accountants to process all kinds of invoice and payment request, and ensure the alignment with company policy and -rocess daily Accounts Payable transactions
-Fully implement the Process Quality Controls (black box checking, 2nd accountant checking etc.)
-Double check other accountants’ booking in SAP, and release payment block
-Prepare relevant accounting document according to Legal Entity’s request
-Communicate with other department for any invoice related problem
-Monitor all kinds of reports (e.g. vendor open item etc.) on regular basis, identify long aging items and perform Root Cause Analysis, timely escalation base on escalation process, proactive follow up on open items, overdue items, GR/IR, late posting, original invoice tracing base on the various reports. Able to identify the improvement (proficiency and quality) areas in reporting and provide recommendation. Results to be reviewed on team meeting on monthly basis, ensure the good performance of the team;
-Monthly reconciliation of payable accounts, accrued, prepaid expenses updating and reconciling the subsidiary ledger to the general ledger
-Assist in the completion of internal and external audit requirements
-Provide best support to the supervisor on the implementation of the best practices, audit recommendation for process standardization /improvement
-Assist Supervisor in implementing the KPI during daily operation
-Provide input on team performance e.g. Posting Quality (raise the reversal request on time with forms filled up if required); non-Posting Quality, rejection by 2nd
-Provide inputs and suggestion on improvement for Process Quality
Qualification and Requirements:
-With 2-5 years AP (accounts payable) experience in China;
-Experience with ERP Accounting Software is required, SAP is a plus
-Good English at writing, reading, listening and speaking
-Strong team work spirits, self-motivate and detail oriented
-Strong problem solving skills
-Good communication and inter-personal skills
-Be proactive, positive, efficient & effective, desire to learn
