职责描述：

1. Payment preparing & Treasury related works

- Perform expenses verification, ensure the compliance of company policy, and promptly address issue to superior.

- Prepare and process payment accurately & on time.

- Work closely with business department to solve payment issue & follow up invoice after payment timely.

- Provide timely feedback on payment inquiry and reconcile balance with internal & external suppliers.

- Treasury related works such as E-bank issue solving, deposit application, oversea payment arrangement etc.

2. Closing participation

- Set up individual job checklist and result check workings, and ensure work quality.

- Take part in intercompany reconciliation. 

- Produce relevant financial analysis reports (Expense and BSA), meeting the deadline，follow up issues, clean up the outstanding items, and highlight deviation to superior.

3. Process Improvement & Project Participation

- Review & update SOP for responsible function, document process flow chart & special case in SOP manual.

- Participate in Finance Project and Local finance manual preparation, closely follow Company Policy / Tax regulation.

- Streamline the payment process to enhance the efficiency.

4. Others

- Assist superior in team management (back-up plan, interactive on-job training, etc.).

- Handle the ad hoc jobs assigned by superior.

任职要求：

- Accounting knowledge;

- 1~2 years AP experience, fresh graduate is also acceptable

- College graduate or above in Accounting or equivalent;

- Good verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English

- MS Office applications experience

- Self-motivated with multi-tasking skills

- Good attention to detail and accuracy
