• Work together with Business Line Mgr. to know the hiring needs and be responsible for delivering talent acquisition solution for different Business Units/Functions. 
• Work with vendor to support Line Mgr. to implement new employee on boarding process 
• Support Line Mgr. to improve interview skills and the proper way to manage new staff. 
• Manage the entire recruitment process to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.  Work with C&B team on offer proposal process. 
• Lead employment branding initiatives, such as campus sourcing 
• Build up a qualified and diverse candidate pool for current and future positions. 
• Lead, cultivate and manage external supplier relationships to ensure effective supplier governance and risk management framework established. 
• Assist in employee retention and development. 
• Play critical role to enhance employee communications (HR policy, process etc.) 
• Promote company EVP and company culture /values to employees and potential candidates. 
• Ensure HR practices are fully in compliance with company HR policies and procedures. 
• Responsible for data input to HRIS and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data. 
• Work with other HR function team to engage in and execute different HR relevant projects 
• Actively involved in HR team capability improvement.
