RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work together with Business Line Mgr. to know the hiring needs and be responsible for delivering talent acquisition solution for different Business Units/Functions.
- Work with vendor to support Line Mgr. to implement new employee on boarding process
- Support Line Mgr. to improve interview skills and the proper way to manage new staff.
- Manage the entire recruitment process to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. Work with C&B team on offer proposal process.
- Lead employment branding initiatives, such as campus sourcing
- Build up a qualified and diverse candidate pool for current and future positions.
- Lead, cultivate and manage external supplier relationships to ensure effective supplier governance and risk management framework established.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Play critical role to enhance employee communications (HR policy, process etc.)
- Promote company EVP and company culture /values to employees and potential candidates.
- Ensure HR practices are fully in compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible for data input to HRIS and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data.
- Work with other HR function team to engage in and execute different HR relevant projects
- Actively involved in HR team capability improvement.
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s Degree, major in HR Management or Psychology is Preferred.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- 5+ years of professional experiences in HR, experiences with Pharma company is preferred.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Well organized, hands-on as well as Strong logical thinking.
- Strong capability of data analysis
- Good command of Excel, Word, PPT
- Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing. (TOEFL 570 or CET6 and above.)
- Strong communication and coordination capability.
- Good learning agility with innovation mind set
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
