Key Responsibilities / Functions:
Strong experience in Antenna design, particularly Antenna design experience on 4G/5G CPE, WIFI AP and mmW active array antenna design
leading antenna design, simulation and verification, achieve world-class high performance antenna design in every product
Strong Design to Cost experience of antenna with appropriate cost-effective solutions
Good coordination ability to work with other HW design team, factory, as well as 3rd party vendors.
Completing design and test documents during corresponding development stages.

Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
BS/MS in EE or equivalent related degree.
Familiarity with 3GPP LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi standards, with rich experience to design and debug of Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G access solutions.
Good mindset on cost-effective designs
High responsibility, dedication and team spirit; self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written English is a must
mmW antenna design experience will be a plus


Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

At least 5 years of Antenna Design experience, as well as a solid understanding of the product lifecycle process and hardware development process.
