Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Location: Shanghai

 

About the role

The HR function at Arm China aims to help shape the organization by enabling Arm China to attract, develop, engage and retain our workforce. The Talent acquisition Advisor is expected to drive and provide accurate, timely and professional support in recruitment and other areas of our HR Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable individual who would like to develop a career in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated, organized and efficient person who is able to multi-task, priorities and rise to a challenge.

What will I be accountable for?

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across many businesses teams by working closely with business/managers.
• Gather requirements from the business and understand the same in terms of role and job specs. Identify and source high quality candidates through searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and recruitment system data mining. Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums and social networking site.
• Screen, assess and qualify candidates against Arm China values and role competencies.
• Manage interviews, communication with hiring managers, employee referrals and candidates
• Conduct HR interviews
• Own the relationship with the short listed candidates for interview and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided.
• Manage the recruitment agency
• Create offers and closing on offer negotiation.
• Recruitment approval process adherence and use of existing Talent Management system. Ensure strong process compliance to enable recruitment of extraordinary talent.
• Manage recruitment database, ensure that it is up-to-date and generate reports on a regular basis for the team and business
• Take care of the post recruitment process by taking regular feedback from the business, candidates and vendors.
• Ensure offer documentation is created and sent out to chosen candidates.
• Be the point of contact for driving and ensuring closure to all assigned tasks.

What capabilities, experience, and qualifications do I need?

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor or master with good academic record
• Major in information technology or engineering background is a plus.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience desirable

Person Specification

• High attention to detail
• Quick learner with the ability to handle a variety of tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player
• Proactive, able to look at the larger picture and drive towards the goals that needs to be achieved
• Strong computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of working on a database will be a plus
• Can-do attitude
