Tasks:

You are joining a highly motivated team and dedicating your expertise to the serial development of high voltage components for electrical vehicles. As Project Manager (m/f) for the component development of the high voltage battery you are responsible for the availability of the industrialised high voltage battery according to the development schedule. Besides others you have major involvements in:
? Requirement management for the high voltage battery, especially for the non-functional part
? Tracking of on-schedule delivery and quality of supplier's development, quality and industrialisation documents in coherence with the requested quality processes
? Tracking of on-schedule delivery and quality of supplier's test samples, production samples and releases in coherence with the requested quality processes
? Alignment between high voltage battery development and OEM's process environment
? Coordination of the specialists for mechanical construction, geometrical integration and func
? Identification of problem solving options

Requirements:

? Successfully completed studies of adequate engineering or science discipline
? Working experience as responsible component developer/ designer
? Experience with the development process of the automotive industry
? Hands-on experience in the usage of appropriate tools and methods
? Experience in quality management or industrialisation is beneficial
? Well-structured and result-oriented working style with good communication and team skills
? Adequate communication and presentation skills in Englisch and/or German language. Chinese language skills are welcome.
