工作职责：

1.参与销售，并带领店员达成公司核定的各项销售任务;

2.店面人员岗位的分工管理工作;

3.做好进货验收、店面陈列、销售数据管理;

4.组织店面的销售例会，总结不足，提升店员销售能力

5.掌握各品类产品的相关知识，进行有效的店员培训，并及时考核;

6.妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾;

7.及时反馈市场情况，沟通制定活动方案，完成销售任务。

岗位要求：

1、普通话标准流利；高中及以上文凭，年龄：25岁-40岁之间；

2、具备零售管理经验，个人销售能力强，有高端家居（床垫、套房、沙发等）销售管理经验优先；

3、语言表达能力优秀，有较强的学习能力，能承受工作的压力，心理素质好；

4、具备良好的职业操守；

5、团队意识强，工作责任心强，勇于挑战自我；

月均收入8000元-15000元。
