岗位职责：

1.与意向客户电话或网络沟通，促成学员购买课程；（注：公司提供客源）;

2.熟悉公司产品知识及销售话术，解答客户疑问；

3.定期回访，做好售后跟踪，提升用户体验和品牌影响力；

4.负责完成部门下达的工作任务，不断总结和提升自己，跟团队一起进步。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，年龄18-35周岁，销售经验丰富者优先考虑；

2.思维敏捷，学习能力强，有较好的的理解能力和团队精神；

3.有较强的的抗压能力，对销售行业有较高的热忱；

福利待遇：

薪酬：6k底薪+五险一金+400交补+600餐补+高额提成+绩效奖金，综合月薪15000元以上，每3个月依据业绩调整底薪；
