This position will be responsible for Equipment Service and MVS (Multi-vendor Services) growth with strategy. The work includes setting and finding target customer for China Avantor Service team, designing good service products and promotion activities at specific segment, focusing on equipment service and lab relocation opportunities, using digital solution as tool to sell maintenance service.

• Responsible for market data collecting and analysis. Collect/combine the voice of customers and feedback with the price analysis of market competitors. Analyze and propose the rationality of market price and customer demand in all dimensions.
• Provides realistic sales forecasts to management and communicates any significant changes or developments in a proactive and timely manner.
• Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifies trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
• Qualifies potential equipment service business opportunities early in the sales cycle and manages the pipeline to ensure that opportunities are pursued in a timely way ensuring Avantor Service is invited to all associated RFP’s
• Keeping good relationships with clients, attaining higher client's satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborates with other groups within Avantor to implement strategies, identify and address cross-selling and synergistic business opportunities and overcome obstacles.

• College/university degree or relevant technical knowledge, major in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical fields is preferred.
• 6~10 years related sales/BD working experience.
• Rich experiences at service business development and good market senses.
• Analytical lab operational experience is an added on.
