Responsibilities

• Take charge of Pentaho service delivery for customers

• Leverage Pentaho Data Integration to design and develop ETL process, support customer’s requirement on data analysis, assist customer’s business and data experts to conduct data modeling and analysis

• Use Pentaho Business Analytics to develop business report and dashboard and provide customized user interface for customer

• Work closely with PS service sales/SA/EMs, implement Pentaho Solution, help to identify business opportunity, customize service to meet requirement of customer, define POC (Prove of Conception) proposal and complete POC, to prepare tender document

• Support Project Manager, help to identify project risk, define project deliverables and draft project plan. Deliver project according to project plan in a high-quality manner and make sure to meet project target.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above on Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or related majors

• At least 3 years’ experience with track record of success in Data Warehouse/BI consulting, solutions design and delivery

• Be familiar with market environment of Big Data, Data Warehouse, BI, IOT, has good knowledge of solutions in this field (Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, Greenplum, Pentaho, Kettle, Report designer, CTools, Informatica, BO, Microstrategy, Cognos, ECHARTS, D3JS and so on), be experienced in customized development

• Good knowledge on mythology of data process and analysis, has experience in practical ETL projects

• Good knowledge and experience on Java development

• Be familiar with Machine Learning theory/language/tools like Weka/R/Python/Sparkmllib/Keras/TensorFlow/Caffe

• Industry experience especially in FSI industry is a plus

• Positive, open mind to cope with challenging situation.

• Good communication with internal (Sales/Pre-sales/Team Member) and external (customers and partners).

• 负责Hitachivantara Pentaho项目实施工作, 并协助解决方案的推广。

• 灵活运用Pentaho Data Integration设计和开发ETL流程，支持客户的数据需求，协助客户业务专家和数据专家进行数据建模和数据分析。

• 灵活利用Pentaho Business Analytics，开发业务报表和仪表盘，提供定制化的用户界面

• 与PS SSP/SA/EM合作，完成方案实施，协助收集和分析客户需求，识别商业机会，设计服务去满足客户需求，针对客户需求讨论确认PoC测试方案并完成PoC测试，针对客户方案编写投标方案。

• 与项目经理合作，定义项目交付物, 识别潜在风险并协助制定项目计划，按照计划高质量地实施项目，确保项目顺利达成预定目标。

资格要求

• 本科及以上学历，专业为计算机，应用数学或相关专业

• 至少3年以上DW、BI领域的咨询，方案设计和实施经验

• 了解大数据、DWBI、IoT领域的市场环境，了解业界常用的解决方案（HADOOP、Teradata、Oracle、Greenplum、Pentaho、 Kettle、Report Designer、 CTools、 Informatica、BO、Microstrategy、Cognos、ECHARTS、D3JS等），有定制化开发经验

• 了解数据处理和数据分析的方法论，具有实际ETL项目经验

• 了解 Java的编程，具有实际Java经验

• 了解Weka、R、Python、Sparkmllib等机器学习产品,了解Keras、TensorFlow、Caffe等机器学习工具包

• 具备行业经验，了解金融行业业务流程为佳

• 具有快速学习能力，乐于迎接挑战

• 具有良好的内外部沟通能力
