We are looking for a very experienced SDET that will work with various business stakeholders and engineers to shape the solutions we deliver. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for engineering excellence, has the ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply to real world scenarios, works well in a fast paced and agile environment, and can traverse various client types (business and technical) to stitch together solutions quickly.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Estimate test cost and create test plan
- Design Test Automation Framework
- Write and review Test Automation code
- Define or improve test processes and test methodologies
- Execute, debug test cases and log bugs in VSTF
- Key contributor in feature team and cross teams for design review and feature testing
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Fluent in English and Chinese. Being able to read and write English is a must
- Familiar with C/C++/C#, .Net Framework, SQL Server, Web Applications/Services
- 8+ years of SDET / Development experience with minimal 3 years in test automation
- Experience in designing and developing generic test automation framework
- Experience in testing of enterprise scale product
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and communication skills, verbal and written (peers, executives, cross culture)
- Experience in testing large scale services, or performance/scale/stress is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and across groups
- Good Microsoft Dynamics CRM domain knowledge is a plus
