We are looking for a very experienced SDE that will work with various business stakeholders and engineers to shape the solutions we deliver. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for engineering excellence, has the ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply to real world scenarios, works well in a fast paced and agile environment, and can traverse various client types (business and technical) to stitch together solutions quickly.
The primary role includes:
1. Provide architectural expertise and technical guidance across MSIT China ConnectedCRM engineering team
2. Develop artifacts that influence how we implement solutions leveraging the product stack and solution blueprint.
3. Partner with other engineering teams to deliver the playbook that translates vision into reality
4. Integrate operational soundness and reuse into the design practices to achieve RealTime IT
5. Lead the team with early adoption and innovative approaches by working with various IT and product groups.
6. Deliver foundational CCRM platform strategy that integrates data security and privacy into our engineering practices
The position requires:
Minimum Requirement:
1. BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in designing & delivering enterprise platform solution
3. Excellent analytical, development coding and debugging skills
4. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and across groups
5. Outstanding communication skills and can delivery conceptual designs that cater to various audiences from engineering business stakeholders to executive briefings
6. Proven track record of conceptual and physical designs
7. Strong focus on performance with a proven ability to implement key performance improvements to a product or service
8. Ability to provide technical leadership at the senior level across disciplines
9. Strong working knowledge of data security, access security, role security, provisioning services, networking, and privacy methods.
10. Experience developing solutions in a global Agile/SCRUM delivery model
11. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years as a software developer with software engineering experience such as SOA, SQL/SSRS, .Net Framework, SharePoint development, ASP, and WCF, at least 3 years C++/C, .NET experience. Knowledge of Dynamics CRM or AX.
Preferred Requirement:
1. Prefer proven skills with Windows Server, SOA, SQL and, HTML, C++/#, IIS and .NET technology, ASPX, System Center, , WCF, Networking Protocols and Infrastructure Topology with minimum 2+ years of CRM or ERP expertise.
2. Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (i.e. SQL Azure, Azure Appfabric, Windows Azure, Sharepoint Online, other).
3. Mandarin speaker will be a plus.
