Responsibilities
·As a software developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Actively execute tasks on a given project, from development to release, including design, implementation, unit -testing, etc
- Maintain current products and fix issues
- Actively communicate and closely collaborate with other team members
- Actively work cross group with partners and peer teams
- Actively participate and contribute to the consistent improvement of process, working style, etc

Requirements
- Solid software design and programming skills
- Solid knowledge and skills in C++/C#
- Solid knowledge in Computer Science, includes but not limited to data structure, algorithm, etc
- Smart and strong problem solving skills
- Ability and willingness to rapidly learn and work independently
- Experience and ability to act as a good team player, good communication skill
- Good written and oral English skill
- A degree in CS or equivalent is required
- 5+ years of related software development experience is required

Any experience in following categories is a plus:
- Knowledge and experience in OS internals
- Knowledge and experience in Windows low level development & debugging
- Working and successfully delivering products with remote teams

　　与本地客户和技术社区保持密切互动在微软全球研发过程中至关重要。鉴于中国市场的重要性，服务器与开发工具事业部中国研发团队通过广泛交流,有组织地参与到本地生态系统和技术社区互动中：一）通过微软技术大会（TechEd）、MSDN和TechNet等微软技术网站与广大的本地开发人员和 IT专业人员交流；二）针对目标群体推出了微软技术先行计划(TAP)，微软最有价值专家(MVP)开放日、贵宾接待等特殊项目理解客户的需求；三）与相关原始设备制造商（OEM）、独立软件开发商（ISV）、系统集成商（SI）等合作伙伴开展深入互动。2010年9月，服务器与开发工具事业部中国研发团队组建了微软中国云计算创新中心（CCIC），全力以赴地支持合作伙伴和客户顺利运用微软Hyper-V和Azure云计算产品和技术。
