Job Summary:

Responsible for analyzing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. Responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.

Responsibilities:

- Promote solution value to top level management of customers

- Engage with stakeholders and technical experts

- Lead solution architecture designing

- Tech. stack and key components selection

- Coach R&D or 3PP team

Experience and Skill Required:

Must have:

- Solid industry background and strong customer engagement skill

- Expertise in product strategy development,

- Expertise in ICT domain, especially in IoT, Cloud and Telecom

- Familiar with BSS, EPC and OSS in Telecom

- Expertise in program management and project delivery

- Have knowledge and experience in Vehicle OEM

Prefer to have:

- Hands-on R&D skills, for example, Java, Agile development, Linux, Middleware, etc

- Expertise with PaaS and Micro-service, such as Docker, K8S, Spring Cloud, etc

- Familiar with SQL/No-SQL DB, Rule engine, Stream computing, etc

- Be good at IP protocol/Network security

- Be good at Big data/Machine Learning tech, such as Hadoop/Spark, etc
